• Del Mar Villas: Four bedrooms and five bathrooms, set directly facing the beach on the community's largest lots. Wood and stone, wide covered terraces, a private pool, and a garden running toward the sea; one version adds an outdoor kitchen. For families who want the beach as their front lawn.

• Park Villas: Three bedrooms and four bathrooms, in a curved timber shell inspired by the shape of a mussel. Double-height living rooms open to a private pool, and the windows look out over the mangroves. For owners who want privacy and architecture with character, a short walk from the sand.

A calm beach on the north coast, a short drive from town. The community sits between El Portillo and Playa Morón, close enough for restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and clinics, and far enough that the beach stays quiet. The calm water suits swimming and paddleboarding, and the peninsula's best-known outings are nearby: whale watching in Samaná Bay in season and the hike to the Salto El Limón waterfall.
