If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court to protect its intellectual property rights.

14. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any policies published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Website.
